  • A loaf of ciabatta bread
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of finely grated Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • A handful of Parmesan for garnish


Step 1

Finely cut your garlic cloves into small pieces using a knife or garlic press.

2nd step

Measure your butter in a bowl and mix in the finely chopped garlic.

Step 3

Add your Parmesan and parsley and mix everything until combined.

Step 4

Cut your loaf of ciabatta bread in half and spread an even layer of garlic butter on each side.

Step 5
