Ingredients:

1 store-bought pizza dough
Vegan mozzarella
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning and herbs
1 tub of pizza sauce
Fresh basilic

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.

2. Start with your store-bought pizza dough and cut it into pieces. Brown recommends cutting it into 13 pieces.

3. Next, add a piece of vegan mozzarella to the center of each ball of dough and roll up so that the mozzarella cube is hidden in the dough.

4. Place the balls of dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet, such as the reusable Silpat, and leave space between each one. In the spaces, add more vegan mozzarella for a great cheesy taste!

5. Combine your olive oil and Italian herbs, then brush over the dough balls.

6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

7. When ready to serve, top pizza bread with fresh basil and add a side of pizza sauce for dipping.

8. Serve and enjoy your delicious vegan pizza bread appetizer!
