Talk with the To expressthe travel show writer said: “The only bread I eat is the one I have a recipe for from Angelica. It doesn’t contain yeast and it’s made with lots of pumpkin seeds, sunflower, wholemeal, oat and yogurt of all things.
“It’s literally 20 minutes and it’s done, ready to put in the oven. I don’t eat a lot of it but when I really want a little starch, I just take a bit out of the freezer and the put in the toaster and it’s done.”

Jane also cut sugar from her diet and even after quitting the TV show she continued to lose weight. She shared: “I lost a stone and a half going on the Sugar-Free Farm TV show.
“I used to eat so much junk. I didn’t realize how much junk I was eating. I always loved a pie and was very carb-hungry because I was always hungry.
“I ate way too much and all the wrong things. I didn’t realize that if you eat the wrong things it doesn’t feed your body so you will want more. I love my life and my schedule takes a lot of energy, but I was starting to get quite tired and I blamed it on age.”
She later added, “It’s because of a change in my mindset. Before, I lived to eat, but now I eat to live.”
