It’s movie time again at Lincoln Airport! This spooky season, moviegoers will enjoy 1993’s Hocus Pocuswith Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimi.
The film will be screened outside Lincoln Airport on Friday, October 21. The festivities will begin between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., with the film beginning at dusk, around 7:30 p.m. Attendees will have the option of staying in their cars or bringing blankets and chairs to sit in the grass.
Tickets are free, but registration is best so the airport has an idea of how many people are coming. The movie event will also include a costume contest for kids, so kids can wear their best Halloween costumes to get in the October mood!
Additionally, the final Lincoln Airport Movie Night will feature a food drive for Lincoln’s Free Little Pantries. The airport encourages visitors to the film to provide everything from the following list:
Dry goods like pasta, rice and canned meals
Bread, cereals and granola bars
Peanut butter and jelly
Tea or coffee
Canned meats, fish and beans
Oil, sugar, flour and spices
Hygiene items such as deodorant and shampoo
Cleaning items like detergent
