Ingredients for garlic bread without oven
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- to taste salt
- 2 tablespoons of oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup corn (boiled)
- 2 tablespoons oil
First, dissolve the sugar in a quarter cup of warm water, add yeast to it and mix it and keep it aside for some time.
Now take the all purpose flour in a large bowl, add the salt, garlic powder and oregano and mix.
During this time, the yeast will become frothy, add it to the maida and mix it and knead a soft dough. Pour a little oil on the dough and knead it again and keep it aside.
The flour will be ready in 15 minutes. Grease your hands with oil and knead again.
Now take out a portion of the dough, dust with all-purpose flour and roll it into a circular shape. Add cheese and boiled corn on one side.
Apply oil to the edge and bend its other side. Apply plenty of butter on it using a brush.
Sprinkle with oregano, chili flakes and garlic powder and make light cuts.
Turn on the gas and place a saucepan on it. Put salt in the pan and heat it, keep a bowl or stand in the middle of it.
Place the prepared garlic bread on a baking sheet and place it in a baking pan.
After placing the baking sheet in the mold, put a lid on it and cook for 15 minutes. After that, take out the baking sheet and serve in slices.
