Banana chocolate chip bread recipe (for 5 slices)
- 100 g of mixed oatmeal
- 1 over ripe banana, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to fan 200C / 425 Fahrenheit / gas mark 7.
- Mix the oatmeal with a flour.
- Crush the banana.
- Put everything in a bowl, stir until blended, then pour the mixture into any baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
If you are gluten free, be sure to use gluten free oats for this recipe.
If you’re a vegan, replace the eggs with four tablespoons of yogurt.
