Banana chocolate chip bread recipe (for 5 slices)

Ingredients

  • 100 g of mixed oatmeal
  • 1 over ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to fan 200C / 425 Fahrenheit / gas mark 7.
  2. Mix the oatmeal with a flour.
  3. Crush the banana.
  4. Put everything in a bowl, stir until blended, then pour the mixture into any baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

If you are gluten free, be sure to use gluten free oats for this recipe.

If you’re a vegan, replace the eggs with four tablespoons of yogurt.
