Everyone in my family has a sweet tooth. As I like cooking more than cooking, they always ask me to cook something. Luckily for me, my friend Craig is an award-winning hometown cook, not to mention a teacher and a father – he does it all!

All of her recipes are fantastic, including this zucchini bread recipe. In just a few steps, it’s sure to become a favorite with your “sweet teeth!”

Ingredients

Here’s how to do it:

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, zucchini, walnuts and raisins.
  2. In another bowl, stir and beat the eggs and oil together.
  3. Add the egg/oil mixture on top of the other ingredients, stirring until moistened. Pour the mixture in half 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
  4. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for about 1 hour.
