Everyone in my family has a sweet tooth. As I like cooking more than cooking, they always ask me to cook something. Luckily for me, my friend Craig is an award-winning hometown cook, not to mention a teacher and a father – he does it all!
All of her recipes are fantastic, including this zucchini bread recipe. In just a few steps, it’s sure to become a favorite with your “sweet teeth!”

Servings: Makes 2 loaves
Here’s how to do it:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, zucchini, walnuts and raisins.
- In another bowl, stir and beat the eggs and oil together.
- Add the egg/oil mixture on top of the other ingredients, stirring until moistened. Pour the mixture in half 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for about 1 hour.
